Two men released from the prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba have appeared in a video posted on a jihadist website, the SITE monitoring service reported.
One of the two former inmates, a Saudi man identified as Abu Sufyan al-Azdi al-Shahri, or prisoner number 372, has been elevated to the senior ranks of Al-Qaeda in Yemen, a US counter-terrorism official indicated.
Three other men appear in the video, including Abu al-Hareth Muhammad al-Oufi, identified as an Al-Qaeda field commander. SITE later said he was prisoner No. 333.
I wonder if this is a prequel of events to come under the leadership of Barack HUSSEIN Obama (aka Little Barry Soetoro and The Boy Wonder).
"We remain concerned about ex-Guantanamo detainees who have re-affiliated with terrorist organizations after their departure." - Pentagon spokesman Jeffrey Gordon
"Operations in Iraq and Afghanistan and the war on terrorism have reduced the pace of military transformation and have revealed our lack of preparation for defensive and stability operations. This Administration has overextended our military." - Barack HUSSEIN Obama
The Guardian is reporting that the United States is holding terror suspects on prison ships. Read the article here.
Actually, I do not have a problem with this. If they are going to commit terror acts against the USA, theydeserve what they get.
"When you give religiously inspired zealots weapons of mass destruction and you promise them that if they kill innocent people they will go to heaven, imagine what the consequences are." - Alan M. Dershowitz
This is a clip from the Don Imus show before he was "railroaded" out of his job. I am not a big Imus fan, but this clip is funny as Hell. In fact, Patton (the actor playing George S. Patton) does make some sense.
If we would do what he suggests, I sure we would have a great less problems in Iraq and around the world.
"A good plan violently executed now is better than a perfect plan executed next week." - George S. Patton
I was surfing late tonight looking for something interesting to blog. While surfing videos on YouTube I came across the clip below. It is a copy of George C. Scott's opening speech in the movie "Patton" updated to current time concerning the War on Terror. It is a bit over eight minutes long but I found it to be very motivating. It is a shame I cannot show it to my classes. The administration and left wing crazies would go nuts and I might be looking for a new job if I did.
