More Lunacy from Cynthia McKinney

Former Rep. Cynthia McKinney of Georgia, the Green Party's presidential nominee this year, is back in the news.

McKinney was on a boat that confronted the Israeli navy as it attempted to enter Gaza to deliver medical supplies. Depending on whose version you believe, the ship -- sent by the Free Gaza Movement -- was either deliberately rammed three times, causing serious damage, or was part of an accidental collision that occurred as it attempted to maneuver around the Israeli vessel.

For me, I tend to believe that Israel had every right to do what they did. Hamas and its supporters cannot be trusted to do anything that is proper and true.

But I do have to wonder: What is any "peace organization" (as THEY call themselves) doing, putting McKinney on that ship? She has a long history of anti-Semitism around her -- among other examples, her father tagged one of her electoral opponents "a racist Jew" and once opined, "Jews have brought everybody. Jews. J-E-W-S."

This woman needs to go back to Georgia and live in quite solitude. She is going to be added to my list of "Famous/Infamous Mooks."

Houston Protesters Rally for Gaza

Smoke billows from a targeted location inside the northern Gaza Strip during an Israeli air raid. Photo courtesy of AFP.

Today in the Houston Chronicle was an
article entitled "Hundreds rally near Galleria against Gaza attacks" with the subtitle "Another protest is set for Monday at Israeli Consulate."

There were people posting in the comments section about the rally, attacks and other related issues.

The posts were split about 50-50 between pro-Israel and pro-Hamas supporters.

One poster, bigTEXAS, posted the comment: "Why is the media constantly making Israel look like the bad guy?"

On their forum, I post as "texasquestion". I use that moniker as I have been censored under four previous user names. I attempt to not get very radical as the Chronicle Police tend to censor and possibly locks one's account if one get too controversial.

Here is my post:

Because they are in bed with the liberal democrats that view Israel as a tool of the right. By making Israel out to be the bad guys, they gain support for the libs and dems and put forth the impression that they support the downtrodden masses of the world. Expect this to continue to a greater scale now the The Boy Wonder, Barack HUSSEIN Obama (aka Little Barry Soetoro) becomes the temporary resident of The White House.

I am planning on being in Houston on Monday (today) for a short get-a-way. I am thinking about going by the protest and seeing if I can get anything for a future post.

Jimmy Carter Continues to Meddle

Former US president Jimmy Carter and Khaled Meshaal, exiled chief of the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas, held more talks in Syria on Saturday focused on a possible truce between Israel and Gaza militants and the release of an Israeli soldier, Hamas said.

The two men held a lengthy meeting on Friday, strongly opposed by Washington and Israel who view Hamas as a terrorist organisation despite its victory in Palestinian elections in 2006.

Carter should mind his own business. He did not do anything when he was President and now things he is the savior and great mediator for the world.

Jimmy Carter: Not Peanuts, Just "NUTS"

Former President Jimmy Carter today warmly embraced a top Hamas terrorist and laid a wreath on the gravesite of former Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, whom Carter called a "peace fighter" and a "dear friend," according to Palestinian officials speaking to WND.

Visiting the West Bank city of Ramallah, Carter attended a reception with Nasser Shaer, a senior Hamas leader. The reception was closed to the media, but according to participants and the Hamas leader, Carter hugged Shaer and kissed him on each cheek, the customary greeting for good friends. Many U.S. diplomats refrain from kissing Palestinian officials.
