CRIMINAL ALIENS Rallying in Support of DREAM Act

This is the scene outside the office of Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison office by a group rallying in support of DREAM act.

They gathered downtown to ask Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison to vote for the bill, which would provide a path to citizenship for some criminal aliens.

The intersting fact is that Kay Bailey was not even in town (she was in DC). And idiots like this want to get an education in the USA.

I think the gene pool needs to get a bit deeper before we allow these people to get into our country, much less get LEGAL employment in our country.

Criminal Aliens Are Dying In The Desert

It is being reported that deaths of "criminal aliens" (my words, not theirs) crossing into the United States in July is soaring due to high temperatures. Many of the bodies are being found in the desert southwest of Tucson.

Just like any normal human being, I feel for anyone who has died; by any means.

However I cannot escape the fact that if these people had not been committing a criminal act by sneaking into our country, they would not be dead.

It is beyond me who others cannot see this fact? CRIMINAL ARE CRIMINALS!!

Obama Again Pushes Amnesty for Illegals

Despite surveys showing that 75 percent of U.S. citizens are against providing amnesty, Barack HUSSEIN Obama (aka Little Barry Soetoro, Oprah's Love Child, The Boy Wonder, BO, The Big ZERO), Nancy Pelosi, and the Democratic-controlled House will push a system to make 12 million illegal aliens residing in the United States legal.

Read the first line against:

"Surveys showing that 75 percent of U.S. citizens are against providing amnesty..."

The majority of the country is against this action. It should not be allowed to happen.

The Boy Wonder will never get it. He will continue to push forth his socialist, liberal agenda in an attempt to give his party and their followers a stranglehold on the electorate and ensure their control of the United States for decades to come.

God help us if he is successful in adding millions of criminal aliens to the voter roles and legitimizing their criminal acts.

The plan BO and his followers are pushing is as follows:

1. Bring illegal immigrants into the legal system by recognizing that they violated the law.

2. Impose fines and other penalties to fit the offense.

3. Prevent future illegal immigration by strengthening border enforcement.

4. Prevent future illegal immigration by cracking down on employers who hire illegal immigrants.

5. Create a national system for verifying the legal immigration status of new workers.

DPS Tells Judge Naranjo to "STICK IT"

Yesterday I wrote a post about Judge Orlinda L. Naranjo of Travis County, who said the Texas Department of Public Safety acted outside the scope of its authority in its changes to driver’s license rules last year.

The DPS said Friday that noncitizens won’t be issued state driver’s licenses unless they meet stringent identification requirements, despite a judge’s decision to put the rules on hold until a trial on their legality.

Naranjo claims in her ruling "This case is not about illegal immigrants obtaining driver licenses, it is about legal residents who have been denied or threatened a denial of a driver license."

Right, Orlinda...Sure it is...Sure it is!!! This from a woman who a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin, serves on the Texas Judicial Council and the Task Force for Indigent Defense, and volunteers with the Hispanic Women's Network of Texas. She is pro-criminal alien and pro-illegal immigration

In my humble opinion, she is just issuing rulings to protect her kinfolk.

Liberal Texas Judge Judge Blocks Rules for Licenses, IDs

District Judge Orlinda L. Naranjo agreed Thursday to suspend new Department of Public Safety driver license rules touted as a crackdown on unauthorized immigrants.

The rules prevent thousands from getting standard-issue licenses even though they’re legally in the country, said the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, which is suing over the policy.

She said the rules, which specify that people who are not U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents must prove they’re legally here before getting a license, go beyond DPS authority.

Who would have thought? A democratic judge appointed by a Republican Governor and she takes the liberal side.

Another great move from Governor Zoolander (Rick Perry).

Houston: We Have a Corruption Problem

Below video is Glenn Beck and KTRH 740 am's Michael Berry discussing the shooting of Houston Police Officer Richard Salter by Wilfido Joel Alfaro, a criminal alien from El Salvador.

Alfaro's entire life has been a criminal enterprise and his entire family has been actively involved in criminal activity.

Houston Mayor Bill White was quoted "As a local law enforcement agency, under law, we can’t deport people. That is the job of the federal government, and we’re calling on the federal government to do their job."

Mayor White has continued to look the other way and aloow criminal aleins tp have a free ride and free access to everything that a true, bonified American citizen is entitled.

Criminal aliens, families, and their liberal, limp-wristed supporters need to wake up and understand that the good honest, red blooded American citizens are not going to stand for their crap much longer. Changes need to be made NOW!!!

I only expect incident similar to this to become more common now that we have a new Current Temporary Resident of the White House.

HOUSTON CHRONICLE: Economy cuts immigrants' holiday trips home

In an article in yesterday's Houston Chronicle entitled "Cash Crunch Cuts Short Odysseys" and subtitled "A Worsening U.S. Economy Has Halted Holiday Trips Back Home For Some Immigrants From Latin America" it is alluded to that immigrants (aka criminal aliens) are having a tough time going back to their country of origin for the holidays.

I left a comment on the article and it is posted below. I post on the Houston Chronicle website as "texasquestion". I use that moniker because I have been banned from the site four previous times under different names.

Here is what I posted:

I must agree with you. Their residence in OUR country is based on committing a crime and by staying here, pass on that criminal culture to their children. They feel they have the right to be criminals. They actually use their downtrodden existence to their benefit by convincing people that they have a right to be here. They use the guilt of weak minded people who feel sorry for them to gain things they are not entitled to. It is similar to the commercial that show starving children in a third world country and beg you to contribute money to feed them. I always felt that perhaps the cameraman should give them something to eat if their hunger is such an important thing. In a similar fashion, why don't these people remain in the country of origin and make things better. They reason is they are too lazy, not educated enough, or simply feel their are entitled to break the law. So they enter OUR country illegally and count on either the guilt filled commoner or the liberals who want to court them for their votes to stay in power. It is a never ending cycle; unless they make their own lives better Look at all the US money they send back to their country of origin? If they had any allegiance to the United States, they would do things legally and assimilate into OUR culture instead of lowering OUR standard of living and dragging us down into the third world crap hole similar to where they came.

Barack HUSSEIN Obama for Driver's Licences for Criminal Aliens

Anchor Baby Wins Gold Medal For USA

Henry Cejudo, the son of Mexican criminal aliens, won a gold medal for the United States in the freestyle 55-kilogram wrestling.

Bush orders contractors to check legal status of employees

President Bush today signed an executive order requiring contractors and others who do business with the federal government to make sure their employees can legally work in the U.S.

This is a step in the right direction. Now let's see how many of the left wing wackos come out of the woodwork to condemn this move.

N.J. Vice Principal Makes Students Sit on Floor for Lunch as Discipline

An assistant principal at an elementary school in Camden, New Jersey is being accused inappropriately punishing fifteen fifth-grade students for making them eat their lunches with sitting on the gym floor.

Parents and activists called the incident an example of prejudice against Hispanics as the AP was black.

New Jersey state education officials say the punishment was inappropriate because it was demeaning and unsafe. The officials also found the punishment was not biased since it was common for non-Hispanic students as well.

The week long lunch detention stemmed from behavioral problems in their bilingual class.

This is totally ridiculous. The punishment was demeaning and unsafe. YEAH...RIGHT.

I see students sitting on the floor or ground all the time eating their lunches at my high school. So what is the big deal?

The big deal is a group of parents and activists FEEL it was wrong. I am sure it had nothing whatever to do with their being Hispanic. Since they were in a fifth-grade bilingual class, I wonder how many were criminal aliens?

I would be willing to bet the majority of them were illegally in the United States. I bet ICE would love to meet these students and their parents.

OPPS...it would not matter. By federal law, schools cannot check immigration status or require proof of citizenship or legal residence (in the country) to allow them to be in school.

That is another issue that raises my blood pressure. I will go off on that at a later time.
