I am starting a new feature on this blog entitled IDIOTIC QUOTE.It will be a collection of quotes I find in the news that are either an outright lie or just plain idiotic.
Today's quote was made by White House budget director Peter Orszag.
"It was critical that we acted to bring the economy back from the brink earlier this year. The president recognizes that we need to put the nation back on a fiscally sustainable path."
This from a lackey of the man who actually took the economy to the brink

I look forward to your posts on stupid quotes. You should have an ample supply. Politicians are a joke by their very existance these days. Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins, Lindsey Graham, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Obama. Just great.
