A 69-year old Houston homeowner shot and killed a 17-year-old teen crackhead in his yard on Wednesday (yesterday).Much has been posted on the Chronicle's forums in the past two days. The majority view the situation as it was a justifiable shooting. The police have referred the case to the grand jury without charges.
