I just found the below piece on rushlimbaugh.com. It is an interesting read. It seems El Rushbo predicted Sonia Sotomayor's appointment to the Supreme Court 12 years ago.Go get 'em Rush.
"'Limbaugh Foresaw Sotomayor Pick in '97.' -- Rush Limbaugh all but predicted 12 years ago that Sonia Sotomayor was headed to the Supreme Court. In 1997, when President Bill Clinton nominated Sotomayor to become a US Circuit Court judge, Limbaugh urged Senate Republicans to block her confirmation. The conservative radio host said, on the day of Sotomayor's confirmation hearing, Sept. 30, 1997, that she was extremely liberal and was on a 'rocket ship' to the high court, according to a 1998 New York Times story on GOP efforts to stop her confirmation. The Times suggested that Limbaugh's Supreme Court warning was a key reason why GOP senators delayed a floor vote on her nomination for months even after several Republicans on the Judiciary Committee supported her." - from the rushlimbaugh.com website.

What is sad is that the more liberal she becomes the less surprised I am about it. I knew that whoever BO picked would be way way way out in left field politically.

News flash BO picked liberal. What a crock. I don't mind that she's a lib, I mind that she is an activist jurist. Just what we need.
She has too much against her right now. obama will do to her like he does to everyone else when they get too hot, throw her under the bus to cool down.
This pick is probably among the least worst we'll get from Oblahma. She's had a few nutty decisions but not all. We'd better hope she gets confirmed and Stevens lives a good while longer. Oblahma isn't going to nominate a strict constructionist.
