I found the original opening to the 1968 pilot movie for Hawaii Five-0 entitled "Cocoon". Really neat shots of Hawaii, and good cast of actors (Nancy Kwan, Leslie Neilson, Andrew Duggan, and James Gregory).
This was not the television original opening. This was to the pilot movie.
This does bring back memories.
