High School Students Sues UT-Austin Over Racial Preferences

An 18-year-old Sugar Land, Texas student sued the University of Texas at Austin on Monday, challenging the school's use of racial preferences in its admissions policy.

It is time to do way with ALL race indication on college applications. Race has nothing to do with getting into college. If you can meet the entry requirements, you get in. No race should have a preference, regardless of possible past injustices.
