The Logic of Hillary Clinton

I found this joke in an e mail and could not help passing it on. It follows the same logic that Hillary Clinton is using to defend her experience to be the President of the United States.

In a news conference Deanna Favre, wife of Brett Favre announced she will be the starting QB for the Packers this coming Sunday. She claimed she is qualified to be starting QB because she has spent the past 16 years married to Brett while he played QB for the Packers.

Because of this she understands how to pick up a corner blitz and knows the terminology of the Packers offense. A poll of Packers fans shows that 50% of those polled supported the move.

Does this sound unbelievable to you? Yet Hillary Clinton makes the same claims as to why she is qualified to be President and 50% of democrats polled agreed.

Ha! I've recently eluded to something like this to my husband and my parents just in the past few days. Why hasn't anyone called her on this? She talks about 30+ years experience...since when does being married to an accountant, a doctor, a football star or a president & governor make you qualified to be one yourself? This joke is funny...however the thought of Hillary becoming president based on the credentials she touts is not funny at all.

carrie wigal: As you have stated, being married does not give one the "experience" needed to do a job. However, I do know people in society that think just that.

Thanks for your post. I have added you to my blog roll.

No, her marriage doesn't qualify her to be POTUS. Three decades of child advocacy and seven years as a US Senator, however...

You people make me sick. At least make an attempt to back up your ridiculous ideas with real argumentation.
