The case of a John Horn, the Pasadena homeowner who shot and killed two burglars goes to a grand jury next month. The district attorney's office reports the case will be heard sometime in June. All evidence in this case was turned over to the District Attorney’s Office in December of 2007
Horn admitted shooting two men he saw breaking into his neighbor's house back in November. He claims he acted in self-defense when he saw the men on his lawn. But critics think Horn acted aggressively, based on comments he made to a 911 dispatcher.
There will be many interested parties in attendance if this case should ever go to trial.
I will keep appraised of this case and post further information as it develop.

I heard the audio on this between Horn and the 911 dispatcher. I think he should have shot first and called later.
Thanks for letting us know about this case; like you, I will be interested in the outcome.
nunoftheabove: I will keep everyone posted on Mr. Horn's case.
it's June 25 already. Was there a postponement?
Perhaps this is the typical stall tactic.
Adam: I do not know.
Adam: It has gone on a long time, hasn't it?
