This is one of my favorite Elvis movie songs. It is from "It Happened at the World's Fair." The little girl he is singing to is Vicki Tiu. In later life, she became the First Lady of Hawaii. Her husband is Ben Cayetano. He was the Governor of Hawaii from 1997-2004.
